Changed to reflect 1.2.1 enchanting. I don't think full recipes should be included, but didn't think it would hurt to put in the skill requirements. Egg's post announcing 1.2.1 is already basically (and fairly obviously) organized by skill requirement, so I don't think I'm giving much away. Still, if anybody disagrees, feel free to remove the skill column. I think it's worth having, since it saves mid-level enchanters the frustration of trying to figure out whether they can't make something because they don't have the skill, or if they lack the correct ingredients.
