Introduction
Living off the Land (LOTL) is an survival themed game mode in EUO that you can only opt-in to when you start a new character. To be eligible for LOTL your character must be level 1 and have zero experience.
To flag yourself for LOTL, the slash command is
- /lotl 1
To turn LOTL off, the command is
- /lotl 0
You can turn LOTL off for your LOTL enabled character at anytime, but once you do it is irreversible.

Not for newbies! No seriously, not for new players, even if you are a masochist! Lotl is meant to be a very restrictive form of playing for experienced EUO players who want an extra challenge.
